Q: How does payment work?

A: At Harmony at Home Music, we pride ourselves on having flexible payment options, so you can choose the method that works best for your family.

Invoices are sent via email at the start of each month, and your payment would depend on which option you have chosen. You would sign up for lessons on a month-to-month basis, and lessons take place once/week. If you need to cancel any lessons, just let us know in advance of the new month, and any ‘cancellation dates’ will not be included on your monthly invoice.

Once weekly lessons begin, you will be sent the ‘payment option form’ where each method is outlined.

The methods are:

1) Debit Card (a link will be sent to you, and you can pay via online banking)

2) Automatic Credit Card (your card is charged on the 15th of each month)

3) EFT – Electronic Funds Transfer/Direct Debit (funds are automatically withdrawn from your bank account at the END of each month)

4) Add us as a Bill Company, and pay via Easyweb (for TD customers only)

All of the questions above (and more) can be simply answered by reviewing our policies. Please contact us, and we will send you a link to a private page on our website where you can review them. You will find that they are very lenient, simple, and easy to follow. We would also be more than happy to discuss our policies with you over the phone.

Q: What are your prices?

A: Please contact us to find out specific pricing information. You will find that our prices are very reasonable, compared with other in-home schools, and even compared to in-studio lessons! The price of lessons is based on the total visit length.

Q: How many lessons do I need to commit to at one time?

A: At Harmony at Home Music there is no contract, and no long term commitment required. Every month you will be asked whether you would like to sign up for lessons, or not. If not, you would simply not have any music lessons in the upcoming month – no hard feelings, or questions asked!
